A scandal erupted this week in Grand Rapids, Mich., after a news manager at WOOD-TV wrote a memorandum to staff stating that there are two differing views on LGBT Pride in the local community.
Since LGBT cultists are only tolerant of their own viewpoints this statement triggered ire among the protected group, prompting station owner Nexstar, the largest owner of television stations in the United States, to issue an apology stating that the both-sides memo is “not consistent with Nexstar’s values, the way we cover the news or the respect we have for our viewers.”
In other words, only one side of the issue, the pro side, is to be allowed. This is how Nexstar is choosing to show “respect” for the community – or some members of the community, anyway.

One of the loudest and most powerful enforcers of LGBT Pride is GLAAD, also known as the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. The group recently released a “Safety Index” via the Associated Press (AP) ranking social media companies based on their compliance with censorship.
The headline of the badly disguised press release reads:
“Twitter is the worst major social media platform when it comes to LGBTQ+ safety, says GLAAD.”
We know this headline was run because of Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter and his promise to make it freer speech-friendly (spoiler alert: Twitter is still pretty much the same as it was before Musk with a few exceptions, including the allowance of discussions, at least). Here is what AP reporter and publicist Barbara Ortutay tweeted about the views of GLAAD CEO Sarah Kate Ellis:
“Twitter is largely a cesspool now. You can’t post without getting attacked. There’s no room for conversation. It is just about hand-to-hand combat.”
Ellis described Twitter’s allowance of multiple viewpoints to be expressed in the platform as “backyard dogfights,” demonstrating how LGBT cultists view free speech that goes against their dogma.
“‘Cesspool’ is a code word for ‘not censored enough,'” expressed mrcNewsBusters‘ Tim Graham about what Ellis really meant with this choice of word.
“Sarah Kate Ellis is not interested in ‘conversation,’ only conversion. GLAAD’s publicly stated goal is ‘accelerating acceptance,’ and they prefer accelerating it by squashing all contrary opinions.”
It is abundantly clear that GLAAD is upset that Musk dissolved Twitter’s “trust and safety council,” which was really just a censorship patrol that the group used to wield its power.
“Elon Musk has turned Twitter into a weapon against the LGBTQ community,” complained Ellis on MSNBC on June 17. “He leads the charge,” she added, further whining that Twitter under Musk took away the “safety precautions” that were in place to prevent users from “misgendering” transgenders.
“Using pronouns other than what someone prefers is a common way to bully trans people,” further complained NBC reporter and publicist David Ingram in another story blasting Twitter under Musk.
WOOD-TV and Nexstar clearly want to avoid upsetting GLAAD and other LGBT cultist groups because they are used to the Pride patrol bullying and punishing anyone who dares to defy their doctrines – but the status quo is shifting some with Twitter’s change in direction, which could spread to other platforms as well.
“The censors at GLAAD are in the business of bullying, starting with the usual method that these verbal slights spur suicide attempts,” Graham added.
“Since Twitter is failing to enforce GLAAD’s standards, they are demanding the government get involved in some heavy-handed content moderation. When the private ‘safety’ enforcers can’t censor people, it’s time for federal intervention.”
